Establishing one's frame of reference sets up the surface for an exploration - physical or otherwise. The frame of our two shoulders and two hips is our biggest reference for a physical practice that addresses one's structure: this frame houses our five major organs, establishes the contact of our hands and feet and becomes the container from which we articulate our wellbeing. In this class we address our main frame: setting up its measure, folding and unfolding to give it dimension, adding the cross reference of a twist to our vision and ending with a bit of dynamic breathwork.
