A hang practice demands that the entire body is organized in such a way that it is formal, fitting and incredibly functional. In this practice we explore the most foundational aspects of a hang series, including measure, finding better contact and refining the fold of our hip joint, so that we set up our lower body as a good "root system" that plugs in, rises up and mobilizes us to move into our next pose, season or adventure.
