Our bodies are Earth. The constitution of our material body is an expression of how we relate to the Earth element. The mycelium, mushrooms, within the soil are a keystone of a well functioning and healthy ecosystem. The mushrooms rise up from the soil, producing spores which are caught on the wind. As the majority of the spores float up into our atmosphere water molecules gather around them, literally creating rain. This seemingly mystical process mirrors the microcosmic orbit. What rises must come back down to Earth. This perfect system demonstrates the ability to create an experience, go for the ride, and come back down in a way that nourishes us and supports the continuation of the cycle of a life well lived.
