We ground down into the stability of our roots to rise up into the fullness of our potential. In this practice we establish our taproot with a substantiating hang sequence, followed by stabilizing lunges and gomukhasana. Finally we open it all up with camels and wheels to move up and out of the foundation of our depths into the possibility of our heights.
