The collarbones and shoulders are the portal for the lungs. We open up this frame for the lungs in our body, just like we would open up the windows in our home, to let more air in. We make space for the lungs to fill, knowing that the lungs will take up whatever space we give them. This practice helps to move our lungs forward to our front body, out into our potential, through creative movement and prop work.
