Frames give us imaginative scaffolding from which to construct a sense of center and stability. As we meet the arcs and turns of life that sometimes pull us into a multitude of directions, frames give us the map to return. In this practice we start with the simple concept of a frame and imbed it in the body with our imagination. Then we take the practices for a spin, exploring arcs, waves and different angles in a series of standing postures and forward folds.
