Katonah Yoga with Mary Dana 10.08.21
Katonah Yoga • 35m
Play with the idea of ball in mit fit in Mary Dana's newest class. Balls fit, mitts catch. The ball is the trajectory and the mitt is the receptacle. When we play with this concept within the practice we can allow what we use to be more receptive, allowing the receptacle (mitt) of our hands receive the trajectory (balls) of our feet.
